About the Role

Beauty Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in choosing suitable skincare, bath, and personal care products
• Understand customer needs and offer personalised product recommendations
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits effectively
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and store hygiene as per brand standards
• Track inventory levels and coordinate stock refills with the Store Manager
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
• Manage billing, POS operations, and customer feedback
• Keep updated with product knowledge, new launches, and promotions

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in beauty, skincare, or premium retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for beauty, self-care, and wellness
• Basic knowledge of skin types, ingredients, and product application
• A friendly, confident, and customer-first attitude
• Willingness to work on weekends and in shifts (as per mall/store timing)
