Beauty Advisor

You will represent Born16 & Whitewolf, premium brands, at retail outlets. Your focus will be on creating exceptional customer experiences through personalized beauty consultations, product demonstrations, and driving sales while maintaining brand standards. - Welcome customers and provide expert advice on Born16 & Whitewolf cosmetics range, including foundation, blush, compact, eye makeup, lip products, and more. - Demonstrate product application techniques to help customers choose shades and formulations suitable for their skin tone and preferences. - Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling. - Maintain a deep understanding of all Born16 & Whitewolf products, ingredients, and unique brand values. - Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of product displays, testers, and counters. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally with a problem-solving approach. - Maintain accurate sales records, assist with stock replenishment, and conduct inventory checks. - Uphold store hygiene, grooming, and presentation standards according to brand guidelines. You should have: - 12 years of experience in cosmetic retail or beauty advisory roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for makeup and skincare. - Presentable, confident, and service-oriented personality. - Minimum 12th pass; diploma/certification in beauty, makeup, or cosmetology preferred.
