Responsibilities:

Stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions.Product Recommendation: Provide tailored product recommendations based on customer consultations and needs, effectively communicating the value and benefits of Vedix products.Sales & Service: Achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.Brand Ambassador: Represent the Vedix brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying our values and creating a positive brand image.Visual Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing and organized displays, ensuring products are well-stocked and presented attractively.Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including stocktaking and replenishment.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share it with the team to improve products and services.Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
