Key Responsibilities
  • Drive

    lead generation and client acquisition

    specifically for the US market through outbound prospecting, networking, and digital channels.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients in technology, consulting, and B2B service sectors.
  • Build and maintain a

    strong sales pipeline

    aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct

    market research

    to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Present Parkers value proposition, capabilities, and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless transition from acquisition to project execution.
  • Meet and exceed

    weekly/monthly targets

    for lead generation, client meetings, and business closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
Requirements
  • 48 years of proven experience in

    business development lead generation client acquisition

    in the US market.
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B consulting, technology services, or IT solutions

    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a US client-facing approach.
  • Ability to work in

    US shift timings

    (5:30 PM 3:30 AM IST).
