Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Identify new business opportunities and value-added services in Electrical Steel market.
Build and manage relationships with OEMs, Auto venders, Steel mills, Distributors and Steel supply chain partners.
Lead key negotiations and finalize high-value sales contracts.

Operations & Inventory Management

Oversee daily sales operations across all electrical steel product categories.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Set competitive pricing and discount structures aligned with market dynamics.
Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations and Electrical Steel industry standards.

Team Management

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing automotive sales team.
Set KPIs and performance targets; monitor team productivity and motivation.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
Provide timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior leadership.
