Job Title: Sales Manager Domestic (CRGO Division) Department: CRGO – Cold Rolled Grain Oriented Steel Base Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra To Handle : Domestic -Key Accounts of West ,North & South India Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and commercially astute professional to lead our domestic sales efforts in the CRGO Division at KRYFS. This role will focus on expanding our reach across India by developing and nurturing key customer relationships, driving sales of CRGO laminations, built cores, slit coils, and other value-added transformer components. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in industrial/engineering product sales, preferably from the electrical steel or transformer components sector. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Growth Develop and execute sales strategies for CRGO and related products across India. Deliver on revenue targets, customer acquisition goals, and market share expansion. Identify growth opportunities in the transformer OEM. Customer Engagement & Key Accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, purchase heads, and technical decision-makers within key transformer manufacturing companies. Manage high-value accounts, understand customer needs, and provide tailored commercial and technical solutions. Team Leadership Lead and mentor the CRGO domestic sales team including regional sales managers and executives. Set clear sales objectives, monitor performance, and guide the team toward target achievement. Techno-Commercial Oversight Review and approve techno-commercial offers, pricing strategies, and commercial terms. Lead critical negotiations and ensure competitive positioning in tenders and direct contracts. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Planning,Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with Finance for credit terms, receivables, and commercial controls. Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, CRGO pricing movements, and competitor activity. Share periodic reports and insights with top management to inform business planning. Candidate Requirements Graduation in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering 8–10 years of experience in sales of engineering products —experience in the transformer or CRGO/electrical steel industry is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated success in handling large industrial customers and OEMs. Strong leadership, team-building, and customer engagement skills. Willingness to travel across India as required.
