**Job Title: Converter Operator** **Role Overview:** As a Converter Operator, your primary responsibility will be to manage the complete operation of LD Converter in shifts. You will be tasked with tasks such as sampling, temperature measurement, deslagging, tapping, charging, cleaning, and ensuring slag-free tapping. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy stock of consumables, ensuring housekeeping, and monitoring the progress of converter refractory lining during campaign repairs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Complete operation of LD Converter in shifts. - Sampling and temperature measurement. - Efficient intermediate deslagging. - Knowledge of all operations like tilting the converter for tapping. - Mouth jam cleaning using Debricking Machine. - Tap hole sleeve drilling during sleeve change. - Maintaining the converter free of jams. - Coordinating with Ferro Alloy Stores for consumables. - Ensuring slag-free tapping. - Housekeeping of the working area. - Monitoring the progress of converter refractory lining. - Planning gunning and other preventive maintenance for converter lining. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 2 years of work experience in LD Converter Operation. --- **Job Title: LHF Operator** **Role Overview:** As an LHF Operator, you will be responsible for the complete operation of LHF in shifts. Your duties will include heat processing, making quick decisions to maintain caster sequence, maintaining stock of consumables, electrode/top lance change, ladle maintenance, and monitoring ladle refractory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Complete operation of LHF in shifts. - Heat processing for different types of steel. - Quick decisions to maintain caster sequence. - Coordinating with Ferro Alloy Stores for consumables. - Electrode/top lance change and adjustment. - Knowledge of steel ladle maintenance. - Monitoring ladle refractory, heating, and gunning. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 2 years of work experience in LHF Operation. --- **Job Title: Pouring Station / KR Operator** **Role Overview:** As a KR Operator, you will be in charge of the complete operation of KR & Torpedo Pouring Station in shifts. Your responsibilities will include sampling, temperature measurement, efficient slag raking, mouth jam cleaning, housekeeping, and monitoring the availability of HM ladles. **Key Responsibilities:** - Complete operation of KR & Torpedo Pouring Station in shifts. - Sampling and temperature measurement. - Efficient slag raking. - Knowledge of all operations at KR / Pouring Station. - Mouth jam cleaning of HM ladle. - Ensuring housekeeping of the working area. - Monitoring the availability of HM ladles. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 2 years of work experience in KR / Pouring Station Operation. --- **Job Title: RH Operator** **Role Overview:** As an RH Operator, your main responsibility will be to manage the complete operation of RH in shifts. You will need to have knowledge of heat processing, quick decision-making, maintaining stock of consumables, RH vessel exchanging, vessel maintenance, and monitoring vessel refractory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Complete operation of RH in shifts. - Heat processing for different types of steel. - Quick decisions to maintain caster sequence. - Coordinating with Ferro Alloy Stores for consumables. - RH vessel exchanging. - RH vessel maintenance including snorkels cleaning. - Monitoring RH vessel refractory, heating, and gunning. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum 2 years of work experience in RH Operation.,
