Business Development Team Lead / Manager

Overview: We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 3+ years of experience in building interactive dashboards and analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling, along with experience in integrating and transforming data from multiple sources to support business intelligence needs. Key Responsibilities Gather reporting requirements and design effective Power BI dashboards and reports. Develop and maintain robust Power BI data models using DAX and Power Query (M). Connect, import, and transform data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL). Apply row-level security and follow application-layer security best practices. Ensure high-performance and optimized reporting solutions. Embed Power BI reports into web portals for stakeholder and customer use. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Utilize Azure for deployment and environment migration of BI content. Present report mockups and collect stakeholder feedback. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development. Proficiency in SQL (preferably SQL Server and MySQL). Strong command over DAX, Power Query (M), PowerShell, and Excel. Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts. Desired Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Agile (Scaled Agile/SAFe) project experience. Familiarity with Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform. Ability to manage complex and large data sets. Preferred Experience Demonstrated success in creating dashboards, KPI scorecards, and data visualizations. Experience in performance tuning of Power BI reports and data models. Practical knowledge of deploying solutions on Azure cloud platforms.
