Define Target Market Startups needing MVPs and fast deployment. SMBs looking for website redesign or custom platforms. Enterprises requiring web app development or system integration. Agencies outsourcing development work. 2. Unique Value Proposition (UVP) Fast, scalable, and secure web solutions. Expertise in modern stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Laravel, WordPress). UI/UX-focused design with SEO optimization. Transparent pricing and agile project management. 3. Lead Generation Channels Inbound Marketing: SEO-optimized blog, case studies, social media, YouTube tutorials. Outbound Sales: Cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, attending industry events. Partnerships: Collaborate with design agencies, consultants, or SaaS providers. Freelance Platforms: Upwork, Toptal, Fiverr Pro (as entry points or brand builders). 4. Sales Funnel Optimization Use CRM (like HubSpot or Zoho) for lead tracking. Offer free website audits or consultations to capture interest. Convert leads with well-structured proposals, clear timelines, and testimonials. 5. Client Retention & Upselling Ongoing support & maintenance packages.
