Job Title: Business Development Representative - US Staffing

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team specializing in US Staffing and staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, with a focus on IT and technical roles, and possess expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Google for prospecting and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing market, with a focus on IT and technical staffing needs.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other tools to prospect and research potential clients and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through proactive outreach via email, phone calls, and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and content to support lead generation efforts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their staffing requirements and aligning our services accordingly.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in the US staffing industry, with a focus on IT and technical staffing.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Google for prospecting and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
