Job Title: Business Development Representative - US Staffing Location: On-Site Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team specializing in US Staffing and staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, with a focus on IT and technical roles, and possess expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Google for prospecting and lead generation. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US staffing market, with a focus on IT and technical staffing needs. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other tools to prospect and research potential clients and decision-makers. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities through proactive outreach via email, phone calls, and social media. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and content to support lead generation efforts. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their staffing requirements and aligning our services accordingly. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role in the US staffing industry, with a focus on IT and technical staffing. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Google for prospecting and lead generation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed.
