Sparkbeta Tech is a dynamic agency delivering cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for startups. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive lead generation and sales strategies across various sectors including SaaS, Fintech, and UI/UX services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms

Engage with key decision-makers in target industries (SaaS, Fintech, UI/UX, etc.)

Qualify leads, schedule calls, and close deals

Maintain CRM and track conversion rates

You’re a great fit if you:

Have 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation

Understand the tech industry and client pain points

Are skilled at crafting compelling outreach messages

Are process-driven and comfortable working asynchronously

Bonus:

Experience in Tech, UIUX and video editing services

Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot

Compensation Structure:

 For every genuine lead that results in a successful deal, you will receive a fixed payment. The specific amount for each lead will be discussed in detail during the interview process. We ensure transparent communication regarding compensation expectations and are open to mutually agreeing on a fair rate.
