Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will drive market expansion, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen dealer and channel partnerships for Servo automotive lubricants across Raipur and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, mechanics, workshops, and fleet operators
• Drive sales growth of Servo automotive oils in assigned territories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities
• Execute field visits, product demonstrations, and dealer meetings
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and timely deliveries
• Maintain sales reports, lead trackers, and market feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / business development (Experience in FMCG, automotive, lubricants, or oil & gas is a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
