The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and contributing to overall sales strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving targets. *Key Responsibilities:* * Identify, research, and target potential business opportunities and partnerships. * Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs. * Create and present business proposals and product/service pitches. * Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align on strategy. * Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities. * Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates. * Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes. **Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). * Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and lead-generation platforms. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. *Preferred Qualities:* Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
