Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting:

  Research and identify potential clients and target markets through various channels, including LinkedIn, company websites, industry reports, and professional networks.

• Outreach:

  Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to introduce our services and build rapport.

• Lead Qualification:

  Meticulously qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile and have a genuine need for our services.

• Meetings & Deal Closing:

  Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and working to close deals.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

• Reporting:

  Track and report on lead generation performance, analyzing key metrics to optimize campaigns and processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience of 2+ years in a lead generation, business development, or sales role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• A "go-getter" attitude with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using lead generation tools.
• A self-starter who is results-oriented and can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel for meetings and close deals.
