Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and leveraging existing expertise.
• Generate and qualify leads for HubSpot website development projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings.
• Create, develop, and deliver tailored business proposals and impactful sales pitches.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align service offerings with client requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and sales targets.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client information in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years in business development, sales, or a related role (preferably in the IT/web development industry).
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, HubSpot CMS, and web/mobile technologies.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to track leads and opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
