Job Title: Business Development Manager US Market (SaaS & Services)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 810 Years

Travel Requirement: Travel to the US as and when required (B1 Visa mandatory)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and business growth initiatives in the US market for our SaaS products and IT/Staffing services. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise sales, stakeholder management, and establishing long-term partnerships with clients in the US region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients across the US market for both SaaS products and services offerings.

Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies to expand business presence and achieve revenue goals.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings both virtually and onsite during US visits.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation, prospecting, and proposal development to negotiation and closure.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client goals and company objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to drive business decisions.

Provide regular sales forecasts, business reports, and market intelligence to senior management.

Required Skills and Experience:

810 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Client Acquisition, focusing on US clients.

Prior experience in selling SaaS products and/or IT or staffing services to enterprise customers.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, solution positioning, and subscription-based pricing strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong ability to influence decision-makers and build trusted client relationships.

Must hold a valid B1 Visa and be willing to travel regularly to the US for client meetings and business development activities.

Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and experience in consultative selling approaches is an advantage.
