Senior Business Development Executive

You are a skilled Senior Business Development Executive specializing in US Staffing, responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding business within the staffing industry. Your primary focus is to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering customized solutions. It is essential to stay updated on market trends, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Collaboration with recruitment teams is crucial to ensure successful candidate placements. Your ultimate objective is to drive revenue growth by securing long-term partnerships with clients. Your responsibilities include analyzing the US Staffing & Recruitment landscape, conducting feasibility studies, developing methods for lead generation, and assisting in formulating marketing strategies for the Business Development team. You will create marketing content, collaborate with the design team, monitor sales efforts, coordinate with Account Managers and the Recruiting Team for proposals, negotiate contracts, forecast sales, and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, maintaining connections with recruiters, technologists, and clients is key to enhancing knowledge and refining marketing strategies. To qualify for this role, you should possess a university/college degree along with 6 to 12 years of relevant industry experience. Required skills include a background in Business Development/Sales within US Staffing, proficiency in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with clients for business growth, a proven track record in client management and operations, extensive experience in US Staffing & Recruitment Services, strong planning and facilitation abilities for client management, and effective communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
