Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert high-potential leads from North America and the Middle East regions.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of high-ticket B2B opportunities across industries like e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, and consulting.
  • Lead outbound outreach campaigns (cold emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more) with a strong focus on results.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to plan and execute lead generation strategies and funnel optimization.
  • Set up and manage marketing tools such as CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), email automation tools, prospecting platforms (Apollo, Instantly, etc.).
  • Qualify leads, pitch services confidently, and handle end-to-end sales cycles including negotiation and deal closures.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and strategic pitch decks tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM and deliver regular reports on performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development/sales in a digital marketing agency/staffing environment.
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (INR 3L+/USD 3K+ per deal).
  • Experience in selling services such as SEO, Paid Ads (Meta, Google), Website Development, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of outbound lead generation tools and marketing automation systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with international markets, especially North America and the Middle East.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency setup.


Good to Have:

  • Experience using tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Instantly, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io.
  • Exposure to proposal tools like Canva, Pitch, or Decktopus.
  • Previous experience working in a performance-driven or incentive-based sales culture.
