As a Business Development Specialist, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients for our AI-powered recruitment SaaS platform. You will work closely with recruitment agencies, HR leaders, and talent acquisition teams to understand their needs and position Ann as the go-to solution.
- Identify and qualify potential clients in target markets through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations that showcase Ann’s capabilities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, tracking all interactions in the CRM system.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns for lead generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and strategic account management.
- Gather and relay market feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in recruitment tech or HR solutions.
- Understanding of recruitment processes, ATS integrations, and HR workflows.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
