Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for market research and business analysis
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining customer relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the technology or embedded systems industry is a plus
