A DAY IN THE LIFE


You will:


-Identify and Cultivate Leads: Research, identify, and connect with potential clients in beauty, lifestyle, and luxury industries, focusing on their PR needs.

-Strategize Client Acquisition: Develop and implement tailored business development strategies to pitch PR services effectively to decision-makers.

-Build Relationships: Nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their branding challenges and presenting PR solutions that deliver results.

-Pitch and Close: Create compelling PR proposals and presentations, ensuring a seamless client onboarding process.

-Upsell Services: Work closely with internal teams to identify additional PR opportunities for current clients, driving revenue growth.

-Collaborate: Partner with PR account teams to ensure client expectations are met post-onboarding.

-Report & Track: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue targets.


YOU HAVE


-Proven Experience: A strong track record in PR sales or business development within a PR or communications agency. Experience in acquiring clients and selling PR services is essential.

-Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the PR landscape, media relations, and storytelling approaches to meet client objectives.

-Relationship Management: Ability to build trust and establish long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

-Sales Acumen: Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and closing skills tailored to high-profile clients in the beauty, lifestyle, and luxury sectors.

-Communication Skills: Confident and persuasive written and verbal communication, with the ability to present compelling ideas to diverse stakeholders.

-Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand client goals and align them with our PR capabilities to create customized proposals.

-Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), and familiarity with PR platforms is a plus.
