Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Tech/B.E., MBA preferred)


Futureopts is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential customers and converting leads into long-term users of FutureOpts learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers through calls, presentations, and online platforms.
  • Counsel students and parents about FutureOpts educational products and services.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for revenue, conversions, and productivity.
  • Follow up diligently on leads and maintain detailed records of communication in the CRM system.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of FutureOpts offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help optimize offerings.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & regional language proficiency preferred).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones/shifts (if required).
