Job Profile:

You will be part of the Business Growth & Development Team


You will play a critical role in driving the growth of the agency by generating leads, creatingΒ 

funnels, and helping senior team members in closing deals.Β 


Key Responsibilities:

● Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.Β 

● Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.Β 

● Identifying new revenue opportunities.Β 

● Building business relationships with current and potential clients.Β 

● Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.Β 

● Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.Β 

● Collaborating with management on sales goals.Β 

● Support the team with other responsibilities as required.Β 

● Generate leads through cold calling, email, platforms , Expo and social mediaΒ 

● Qualify leads by conducting research and determining their fit with our servicesΒ 

● Follow up with leads to schedule meetings and discuss their needsΒ 

● Help understand client needs and provide input for building pitches with senior management.Β 

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in our CRMΒ 


Requirements :

● Interested or looking to develop a career in the Digital Marketing field.Β 

● Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a similar field.Β

● Basic knowledge of Digital MarketingΒ 

● Solution based approach & strong strategic thinkingΒ
