Business Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, platforms, and collaborators. Additionally build and maintain strong relationships with clients, artists, production houses, and event organizers.
• Pitch original content ideas, digital campaigns, branded content formats, talent-driven projects, or event concepts.
• Negotiate and close deals/contracts while ensuring profitability and long-term value.
• Knowledge of a variety of Films/movies will be an added advantage as they can be expressive and proactive.

Requirement:

· Strong network across entertainment and media sectors is a plus.

· Excellent communication in English and Hindi, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to think creatively and strategically.

· Familiarity with media buying, influencer marketing, or branded content deals.

· Digital marketing knowledge and ability to work with performance metrics

Qualification:

Salary: 6 to 9 LPA

Experience: 5-8 years
