Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Business Development Executive at Future Opts Learning Academy. The role will involve tasks related to new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. Description: You will start your journey at FutureOpts as an individual contributor working in a team to introduce and showcase the unique way in which FutureOpts – learning Academy helps students learn better. You will also be responsible for mentoring these students and will play a role in their learning journey. Your key role will be to connect with students and parents and explain to them, about one of the world’s most loved learning apps and how it will help the student learn not just for exams, but much beyond. Working process : Do cold calling. Fix the meeting with client. Go to to client place(field work) Pitch (counseling+presentation) Close the deal. Late nights are common in this field. Qualifications : New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Effective Business Communication skills Proven track record in developing new business opportunities Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Any Stream.
