We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. As an Business Development Associate , you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport will be essential in establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition

Identify, research, and prioritize potential clients in the education sector, including schools, colleges, and training institutions.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and convert new clients.

Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor our solutions accordingly.

Relationship Building

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

Actively listen to client needs and concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions.

Maintain regular communication with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase our company

Market Analysis

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging markets.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations

Share best practices and insights with the team to enhance overall performance.

Skills

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence others.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

A passion for education and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
