Languages : English , Kannada , Hindi Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads. Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings or appointments for sales representatives. Promotional Calls: Informing customers about new products, services, promotions, or events. Inbound Activities: Customer Support: Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues. Service Inquiries: Responding to inquiries about services offered and providing detailed information. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales. Skills Required: Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and conveying information persuasively. Active Listening: The ability to listen to customers’ needs and respond appropriately. Sales Ability: Persuasive skills to promote and sell products or services.
