Customer Care Executive

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for effectively communicating service expectations to customers within the company. Your primary duties will include making calls, answering phones, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues. You will play a crucial role in the front-facing aspect of the organization, directly impacting the customer's perception and experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for service improvements - Providing easy-to-follow solutions for customer issues - Assisting customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and budget - Addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly - Generating reports based on customer satisfaction data and facilitating team skill development - Scheduling appointments based on customer and client availability - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers You must be proficient in English, Telugu, and Tamil. This is a full-time position with day and morning shifts. The work location is in person. Fluency in Telugu and English is required for this role.
