Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and policies
Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible (FCR)
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior support or supervisors
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM systems
Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
Adhere to process guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards
Participate in training, quality audits, and team meetings
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
