Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bhopal. The Business Development Associate will manage daily activities including market research, generating leads, conducting client presentations, and following up to build and nurture professional relationships. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, crafting strategies to drive growth, and contributing to meeting organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver professional and impactful presentations
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and conducting detailed Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build relationships with clients
• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in business development or sales roles is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
