Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our Admissions team. In this role, you will directly engage with prospective students to understand their aspirations and guide them through our admissions process. Your focus will be on converting inquiries into successful enrolments through effective communication, product knowledge, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential learners via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to inform them about our programs. Understand student needs and career goals to recommend suitable courses. Provide complete information about courses, fee structures, career prospects, and enrolment procedures. Follow up consistently on leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel. Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems with lead and enrolment status. Meet or exceed monthly targets for outreach, lead conversion, and enrolments. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align outreach strategies. Share student feedback and market insights to help improve offerings and communication. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or student counselling. Strong spoken and written communication skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player with a strong interest in the education sector. Nice to Have: Experience in the Ed-Tech or academic admissions space. Background in counselling, educational consulting, or student support services. Multilingual communication abilities. Salary and other advantage: Salary: Up to 1,80,000/- per year + unlimited Incentive. Time: 10:00am to 7:00pm. Working day: 6 days a week.
