Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Business Development Specialist who can build long-term partnerships with churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations in India and abroad. This role will also focus on driving growth and ensuring execution across key verticals including Heavenly Matrimony , 8 Billion Store , and other upcoming faith-based initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture partnerships with churches, Christian networks, and faith-based organizations Drive growth and outreach strategy for Heavenly Matrimony and 8 Billion Store Create scalable collaborations for product distribution, event tie-ups, and community engagement Manage end-to-end execution of new initiatives and media projects in coordination with internal teams Identify market opportunities and align product offerings with the needs of Christian communities globally Represent the organization in church networks, Christian conferences, and strategic meetings Track performance metrics and deliver monthly reports to leadership Requirements: Experience in business development, partnerships, or nonprofit/faith-based networks Proven track record of project execution and partnership development Strong understanding of church ecosystems and Christian organizations Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills A heart for faith-led initiatives and purpose-driven work Willingness to travel for meetings and outreach, as needed What We Offer: A chance to be part of a global, mission-led movement Opportunity to lead meaningful projects that impact lives Collaborative, faith-filled work culture Hybrid work environment with flexible schedules Scope to build and scale new verticals from the ground up High growth environment Show more Show less
