Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in IT Staffing, Consulting, AI, and Cloud Service sectors.
• Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns, and networking.
• Build relationships with CxOs, HR Heads, and Tech Leads to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare weekly business reports for management.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in 

  business development / IT staffing sales / consulting services

  .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Proven track record in 

  lead generation, pipeline management, and deal conversion

  .
• Understanding of 

  cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

   and 

  AI solutions

   is a plus.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
