Business Development Specialist – Media & Video Production

Location: Remote (Ocassional Gurgaon/Delhi NCR meeting when required)

About Us

Filmr Productions is a premium video and media production company, having created campaigns with Hyundai, Airtel, PepsiCo, DP World, Veeba, and more. We specialize in high-quality TVCs, ad films, corporate films, and large-scale events. Our vision is to scale into a global production house, and we’re looking for a proven Business Development Specialist who already knows how to open doors with agencies and brands.

What You’ll Do

• Identify, pitch, and close high-value projects (TVCs, ad films, corporate films, big events).

• Develop new business opportunities with advertising agencies, brand managers, and institutions.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach → pitch → proposal → negotiation → closure.

• Use your existing agency/brand contacts to unlock campaigns worth ₹10 lakh+.

• Work closely with the founder to design winning decks and proposals.

• Maintain a structured CRM/funnel with consistent follow-ups and reporting.

• Deliver on KPIs:

• Open at least 5–7 qualified opportunities per month.

• Close 1–2 mid-to-large deals quarterly.

What You Must Bring

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in media, advertising, or production companies.

• Prior network/contacts with ad agencies, brand managers, or marketing heads (non-negotiable).

• Strong knowledge of the advertising + video production ecosystem.

• Confidence in presenting, pitching, and negotiating high-ticket creative services.

• Excellent English communication & presentation skills.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho), Google Workspace, MS Office, and outreach tools.

Compensation

• Base salary + performance-linked incentives.

• Incentives are tied to closed deals, not just meetings booked.

• Example: Closing a major TVC campaign = significant commission payout.

Important Note

This is a performance-driven role. A base salary is provided, but continued employment depends on results. If you cannot generate and close deals, this role will not continue.
