Role Overview

Scope

  • Focus on key micro-markets such as Thane, managing property transactions in the 14 Cr segment.
  • Primarily responsible for Primary Residential Real Estate while catering to high-value Secondary Residential and select Commercial opportunities.
  • Contribute to the companys focus on top-performing projects in the assigned market region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through direct sales, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct project presentations and client meetings to understand requirements and offer the best property solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (BSR, Accounts, Compliance, and CRM) to ensure timely documentation and payment processing post-booking.
  • Oversee post-sales activities such as demand letters, payment follow-ups, documentation, and compliance updates.
  • Handle client queries related to payment schedules, documentation, and project progress with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage referral programs and track lead conversions from client recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts and Compliance teams for incentive release and commission settlements.
  • Maintain detailed post-sales records and ensure data accuracy in CRM.
  • Follow up with clients post-booking to maintain satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client deliverables are met within defined timelines.
  • Support the AGM/Head of Sales in achieving revenue and profitability targets through consistent closures and client retention.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and networking activities to generate new business and maintain brand visibility.
  • Adhere to company’s professional attire, conduct, and operational discipline guidelines.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent client communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of post-sales processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in CRM and data management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate between various internal teams.
  • Good understanding of real estate financial processes and compliance requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Experience Required

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales and client management within the real estate industry.
  • Prior exposure to post-sales functions such as documentation, accounts, or compliance coordination preferred.
  • Experience managing client relationships from inquiry to handover will be an advantage.
