Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Empanelment:

    Identify and recruit prospective Agency Partners and ensure the empanelment and licensing of quality insurance advisors to build a strong sales team.
  • Sales Execution:

    Drive retail sales by supporting Agency Partners and advisors in achieving their monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Training and Development:

    Provide on-the-job training and ongoing support to both Agency Partners and advisors, managing and monitoring their performance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Market Analysis and Prospecting:

    Gather market intelligence to identify new client opportunities and make pitches to increase sales volume.
  • Relationship Management:

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients to ensure ongoing business and high renewal rates for existing policies.
  • Compliance and Reporting:

    Ensure all sales activities comply with company and regulatory standards and maintain accurate records in the sales portal to facilitate information analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2-3 Year Experience in Agency channel in Life Insurance Company

Graduation Required

Local Market Knowledge required
