Assistant General Manager - New Car Sales

We are seeking an experienced AGM Sales to lead our New Car Sales team with multiple Sales showrooms in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills with a strong background in sales and marketing operations, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team effectiveness in car dealership companies in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive New Car Sales strategy to drive market expansion and sales growth in Chennai.
• Optimize sales operations to improve team efficiency and effectiveness, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in new car sales and marketing operations, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and team effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of sales operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
