Job Description

You will be working as a business development and sales professional at Teknobuilt, an innovative technology company revolutionizing the Energy, Infrastructure, and Construction industries with its AI- and ML-powered platform, PACE OS. Your role will involve researching and identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, cold calling prospective customers, negotiating pricing, planning sales campaigns, developing sales and marketing strategies, meeting with customers, fostering relationships, understanding customer needs, and improving operational efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Business Management, Business Studies, International Relations, or Marketing, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product sales/marketing. You should possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, IT proficiency, decision-making abilities, project management skills, and the capability to analyze sales figures and write reports. Additionally, having tenacity, drive, negotiation skills, strategic thinking abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment will be crucial for your success. This position is initially on a contract basis with the opportunity to transition to a staff position based on performance. It is a full-time role located in Mumbai.
