Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to support client acquisition and relationship management within our medical billing division. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and analytical skills with an understanding of healthcare or RCM services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the U.S. healthcare and medical billing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to offer tailored billing solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for management review.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and online networking platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare-related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or client handling (preferably in medical billing or healthcare services).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Ability to work U.S. shifts or overlapping hours, if needed.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time | Monday to Friday
  • Shift: Evening or Night (U.S. hours)
