Position: Medical Billing Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Billing Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in U.S. healthcare billing processes, insurance claims, payment posting, and denial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process medical claims accurately and within established timelines.
• Verify patient insurance details and ensure correct billing codes are applied.
• Submit claims electronically or manually to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid claims.
• Manage rejections, denials, and appeals efficiently.
• Record all billing activities and maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Generate reports and assist with month-end reconciliation if required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in U.S. medical billing or healthcare RCM.
• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD, and HCPCS coding is an advantage.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with medical billing software.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
• Shift: Evening or Night (U.S. shift hours).
