Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations for our medical billing division. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance tracking, and supporting HR policies and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical billing and RCM roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Support performance evaluation and employee engagement activities.
• Address employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure HR policies and labor laws are followed.
• Collaborate with management to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in medical billing, healthcare, or BPO).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment practices and HR documentation.
• Proficient with MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to work in evening or night shifts as per U.S. business hours (if required).

Work Schedule

• Full-time | Monday to Friday
• Shift: Day, Evening, or Night (depending on business requirement)
