As a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive, your role will involve driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and generating revenue. Your strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and passion for business growth will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. - Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, or meetings to pitch products/services. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations. - Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction. - Maintain updated records of prospects and sales activities in CRM tools. - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company. - Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and customer preferences. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development, sales, or a related role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). In this role, you will be expected to work full-time during day shifts, focusing on in-person interactions to achieve the business development goals of the company.
