About the Role – Business Development Representative

Calling all sales superheroes! As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll lead the charge in uncovering new market opportunities and driving revenue growth. Your mission? To spark the sales journey by engaging potential leads, qualifying them with precision, and setting the stage for our Account Executives to work their magic.

What You’ll Do

  • Embark on epic quests to identify key decision-makers among targeted leads and kickstart the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to craft strategic messaging and call tactics that break through objections and open doors.
  • Engage in spirited conversations with top-level executives, showcasing Pazcare’s prowess and unearthing valuable opportunities.
  • Expand our universe of prospects by adding new contacts, building tactical outreach sequences, and nurturing leads into loyal allies.
  • Maintain the integrity of our CRM kingdom by ensuring clean and updated prospect data.

What You’ll Need
