Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development & Operations Manager to support client acquisition, account management, and day-to-day operations of our staffing business. The role is ideal for professionals with a few years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR services who are eager to grow into a leadership role while managing both business development and operational responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities in staffing and workforce solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with HR and business teams of client organizations.
  • Support in proposals, pricing discussions, and closure of agreements.

Client & Account Management

  • Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain healthy client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle client escalations and ensure smooth resolution.

Operations Management

  • Manage consultant deployment, attendance tracking, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and payroll teams for onboarding and salary processing.
  • Track invoicing and follow up for timely collections.

Team Support & Coordination

  • Guide and support recruiters and operations executives in day-to-day tasks.
  • Ensure operational processes are followed for efficiency and compliance.

Reporting & Market Awareness

  • Maintain MIS reports on business pipeline, deployments, and revenue.
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3–6 years of experience in staffing / recruitment / HR services.
  • Exposure to both client-facing and operational roles preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ATS/HRMS tools is an advantage.


Compensation:

  • Budget: Up to INR 7 LPA (including fixed + performance-linked incentives).
