Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development & Operations Manager to support client acquisition, account management, and day-to-day operations of our staffing business. The role is ideal for professionals with a few years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR services who are eager to grow into a leadership role while managing both business development and operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify and pursue new client opportunities in staffing and workforce solutions. Build strong relationships with HR and business teams of client organizations. Support in proposals, pricing discussions, and closure of agreements. Client & Account Management Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely delivery. Maintain healthy client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Handle client escalations and ensure smooth resolution. Operations Management Manage consultant deployment, attendance tracking, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with recruitment and payroll teams for onboarding and salary processing. Track invoicing and follow up for timely collections. Team Support & Coordination Guide and support recruiters and operations executives in day-to-day tasks. Ensure operational processes are followed for efficiency and compliance. Reporting & Market Awareness Maintain MIS reports on business pipeline, deployments, and revenue. Keep track of market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 3–6 years of experience in staffing / recruitment / HR services. Exposure to both client-facing and operational roles preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ATS/HRMS tools is an advantage. Compensation: Budget: Up to INR 7 LPA (including fixed + performance-linked incentives).
