Business Development Officers - Thane (Education Playschool Chain )

Role & responsibilities

Will be responsible for generating quality leads for preschool admissions through innovative offline marketing activities and strategic community engagement. The role involves executing on-ground campaigns, building local partnerships, and driving awareness of the brand in targeted catchment areas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Brand Promotion

Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as mall activations, roadshows, society events, and school fairs.

Build tie-ups with local businesses (toy stores, stationery shops, medical clinics, activity centres, etc.) to promote preschool services.

Implement branding initiatives such as no-parking boards, standees, banners, and posters in high-footfall areas.

Organize door-to-door awareness drives and distribute flyers in residential areas.

Event Execution

Set up stalls or kiosks in malls, community events, and local markets.

Coordinate fun and engaging activities for children during events to attract families.

Capture lead data at all events for follow-up by the admissions team.

Community Networking

Maintain strong relations with residential societies, RWAs, and local influencers for regular engagement opportunities.

Identify potential catchment areas and plan targeted campaigns accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduates with 1 - 3 yrs in Sales/Business Development (0r) Offline or Hybrid Marketing, in Education sector (or) other industry.

Management Trainees/Freshers can Also be considered with marketing background

Should Own a 2 wheeler with valid driving license

SHOULD BE TARGET DRIVEN & GOOD PLANNERS with Objective driven expectations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Outgoing personality with the ability to engage parents and children.

Creativity in planning impactful marketing activities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Comfortable with on-ground fieldwork and flexible working hours during events
