About the Role

Business Development Officer (BDO)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive OEM and aftermarket segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
    Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams (Production, Quality, Dispatch) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events to promote products and brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
