Business Development Officer

Role Overview

The Business Development Intern will assist NTCL’s business development team in identifying potential clients, conducting market research, managing lead generations, and supporting sales operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in technology-driven business growth and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research within the technology & communication solutions industry.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential client segments, and partnership avenues.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for clients.
• Support lead generation activities through online research, outreach, and database updates.
• Participate in client meetings, calls, product demos, and business discussions.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams for smooth project communication.
• Help execute business development campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain CRM databases, client records, and follow-up schedules.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Basic understanding of IT/telecom products, networking, or software solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) or digital research tools.
• Presentation design or marketing content creation skills.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
