Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients. Identify and pursue sales leads from various sources such as industry events, market research reports, social media platforms, etc. Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate interest in company products/services. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to develop targeted sales strategies. Manage existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and corporate sales techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective lead generation and client management. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting monthly targets.
