The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR heads, and decision-makers Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of services Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM systems Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote the agency Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR services Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Skills:Experience in B2B sales or corporate client acquisition Knowledge of different industry verticals and hiring trends Familiarity with recruitment software and platforms
